There are some Term and Conditions that we should agree. As SEO is not a work that depends on the one side effort. We as a freelancer, we work to optimize the website and follow all the guidelines provided by the google using white hat strategy. But at the end its depends upon on the various factors like google real algo(we are unaware of it), competitors work, algo updates etc.

Below are some points on which we both should agree on

1. Services Provided:

Me as a Freelancer, will provide SEO services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal, including but not limited to keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, content recommendations, and performance tracking.

2. Payment:

The Client will compensate the Freelancer for the Services according to the pricing outlined in the proposal or agreement. Payment will be made in following mode: UPI, Paypal, Payoneer. All payments are non-refundable.

3. Client Responsibilities:

The Client will provide access to relevant website assets, analytics, and other necessary information to facilitate the provision of Services. The Client will also cooperate in a timely manner with any requests for information or approvals.

4. Project Timeline:

The project timeline will be outlined in the proposal or agreement. The Freelancer will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the timeline but does not guarantee specific results within a certain timeframe.

5. Intellectual Property:

Any content, reports, recommendations, or deliverables provided by the Freelancer remain the intellectual property of the Freelancer unless otherwise agreed upon. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for their own purposes.

6. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the course of the project confidential, including business strategies, data, and proprietary information.

7. Changes and Revisions:

Any changes to the scope of work or additional services requested by the Client will be discussed and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and pricing. Revisions to the deliverables will be accommodated within reason.

8. Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. If the Client terminates the Agreement, they will be responsible for compensating the Freelancer for the Services provided up to that point.

9. Limitation of Liability:

The Freelancer is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Client due to changes in search engine algorithms, market conditions, or other external factors.

By engaging the Freelancer’s Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
